Who we are

Forgehelm is a product of Pursuit Link Inc., 1010 Georgia Ave, Chattanooga, TN 37402, United States. For anything in this policy, contact us at help@pursuitlink.com.

This policy covers our websites: forgehelm.ai and demo.forgehelm.ai. It does not cover deployed Forgehelm instances, which are governed by the agreement and data processing terms each customer signs.

What we collect

Email you send us. If you write to us, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and whatever you write. That's the only personal information this website asks you for.

Aggregate analytics on the demo site. demo.forgehelm.ai uses cookieless, aggregate web analytics (page views, referring site, country, device type). It sets no tracking cookies and does not identify you.

Demo interactions. The interactive demo runs in your browser and stores its state (which industry you picked, what you clicked) only in your browser session. Voice input is processed by your browser and never sent to us. Questions you type into the demo's Ask feature are sent to our private model, running on our own infrastructure, solely to generate the answer in front of you. We don't use them to train models, don't connect them to your identity, and don't share them.

Server logs. Our hosting providers keep standard, short-lived technical logs (IP address, request path, timestamp) for security and reliability, as virtually every website does.

What we use it for

To reply to you, to operate and secure the websites, and to understand in aggregate which pages are useful. Nothing else.

What we don't do

We don't sell your information. We don't run ads or ad trackers. We don't do cross-site tracking. We don't use anything you send us to train AI models.

Who we share it with

Service providers that run our websites: Vercel (hosting and the cookieless analytics described above) and our email provider, each processing data only to provide their service to us. We share information beyond that only if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Email correspondence: as long as the conversation is useful, after which it's deleted in the normal course. Aggregate analytics: retained as statistics that identify no one. Hosting logs: on our providers' standard short retention schedules.

Your choices and rights

Email help@pursuitlink.com and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Depending on where you live, local law may give you additional rights, and we'll honor requests in line with the law that applies to you.

Children

Our websites are for businesses and are not directed at children.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version is posted here with a new effective date. We won't quietly weaken it.
