For a private AI company, this page is the product.
The short version: your data stays where you put it, it never trains anyone else's model, we never sell it, and this website doesn't track you. The longer version is below, in plain language.
Your business data stays on your deployment
The agents read your CRM, your books, your calendar, and your threads on the hardware you chose: ours, yours, or your private cloud. The models run right next to that data. Nothing goes to OpenAI, Anthropic, or any external AI provider.
Your data never trains anyone else's model
What your company teaches its deployment belongs to your company. We do not use customer data to train shared models, and we never sell it or share it with third parties. We upgrade the engine; you grow the brain, and the brain is yours.
People inside your company are protected too
Where Forgehelm reads workplace signals, it works on aggregate patterns, never quoted messages. Personality profiles are opt-in and employee-owned. Every intervention is drafted for a human to approve, and the filters are auditable, so anyone can see what was screened and why.
Everything is logged, nothing is hidden
Every agent decision, every data access, every configuration change lands in an audit log you can read. If you ever want to know what the platform did with your data, the answer is on the record.
When you leave, it leaves with you
If you stop working with us, your data and the brain your company grew go with you, and we work through return and deletion with you as part of offboarding. Ownership that ends at the exit door isn't ownership.
This website
forgehelm.ai runs no ad trackers and sets no tracking cookies. If you email us, we use your address to reply, and that's it. Our interactive demo at demo.forgehelm.ai uses cookieless, aggregate page analytics (how many visits, which pages), which tells us nothing about who you are.
The formal side
This page is our plain-language statement of practice. The formal policy for our websites is at forgehelm.ai/privacy-policy. Neither is a substitute for contract terms. Customers get a data processing agreement as part of every deployment, and we're happy to walk your counsel through the architecture. As with our security certifications, we don't claim frameworks we haven't completed.
